It has been three years. Now since you came in to our home to assist us with a lack of storage situation. As we have a full house, 2 adults and 3 adult children still at home... we were in dire need. Neighbors and friends suggested a storage shed in the back yard. However,they did not say that mildew was such a concern, as well as theft. Thanks to you, problem solved! We have a 54 foot long attic space and although it is like a tee pee shape....you and your crew came in and within one day, you put in a floor in the attic along the wood rafters ,added more insulation to the walls/inside the roof area-and built a lovely Jacobs ladder which can be pulled down from the hallway,neatly tucked away from view.The wood trim on the opening to the attic is lovely and in no way,would one consider it an eyesore.We now have lots of storage and how lovely it was this Christmas,as the previous two,to be able to go up and down the stairs to the attic and get the decorations out and neatly put them back.The same for our winter clothes,then our summer clothes...bingo! They are handled. I also particularly like that there is no going outside,say in the rain or snow...to a storage shed.My husband put a light in the attic area,with a radio and has built little shelves along the inside roof line too. He loves everything "in it's proper place" - and has it under control and we have easy access. Our friends were so pleased to see such excellent use of this area that was basically, dead space. They all took your business cards!. I also wanted to thank you and your workers for the way they came into our home, so careful with their shoes-taking them off prior to walking on our carpets and putting them on upstairs...as well as being cautious with the supplies, such as the wood panels,etc. You were all in and out within one day to my added delight!
So please put my story in your Continental Construction Website as it is my pleasure, and my family's pleasure-to say thank you. You saved us from having to move ..literally!!!

We just wanted to write you this letter and thank you once again. We are very satisfied with the job you performed in our home and were very pleased that our renovations were finished by the completion date. Cosmetically it is more pleasing than we had imagined. You were not just interested in the job as far as the eye could see, but really cared about the quality of infrastructure behind the walls as well. When we discovered some leaks in the plumbing in the bathroom, instead of patching things up you explained how this was the time to replace not just repair. This was a great plan as we now have peace of mind knowing we won't have any water problems. Not only do we have a great bathroom to look at, but the quality goes beyond what the eye can see. We have now been living in our house for quite some time and have found the quality, the craftsmanship and the ideas you put forth very pleasing.
